As Your Spirit Flounders, Ally With Goodness

Tuesday, October 14th, 2008

As your Spirit flounders in the quagmire of depression, thrash as you do to escape it, often, you are drawn in further.

In these desperate moments, ally with Goodness. Nourish your Spirit with the wholesome energy of trustworthy others, whose lives shine with pure hearts, and good deeds. Seek out the purity of innocent children, and in their presence, be soothed.  Surrender your Spirit to caretaking by The Divine, humbly, honestly asking for the strength to utilize your precious gifts, to finally become The Woman You Were Born To Be.

Dr. Michael Eigen, my cherished mentor, states: “Primary emotional reality is orgasmic ecstasy.” He is thoroughly accurate. The innocence, purity, joy, delight and optimism endowed to each of us at our beginnings, have been robbed by our life’s circumstances.

Yet, no matter what we have endured, we can commence, this very moment, to rebirth into women we were born to be. We can rebirth — rebirth gloriously! Ally your Spirit with Goodness. Magic lies therein.

Blessings And Prayers To My Suffering Sisters

To all my fellow women who suffer emotional, mental, and Spirit-ual agonies: blessings and prayers. Welcome to my inspiration blog! It exists solely for women like you - women in crisis. Please know that I too have suffered deeply, as a child, and as an adult victim of violence. I sincerely hope you find solace in my words, and that through them your precious, oh-so-sacred Spirit revitalizes its weary self. Here’s to your wondrous rebirth into The Woman You Were Born To Be!
